PRYM Terms of Service Effective November 4, 2026

Agreement and operator

These terms govern the PRYM app and associated services operated by Jesuferanmi Olaloku, operating PRYM, in New Jersey, United States. Contact prym.team.dev@gmail.com. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are preserved.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the current release of PRYM. A future teen release, if offered, will require separate parent or guardian authorization and age-appropriate conditions. These terms do not authorize underage access to the current release.

Nutrition and health

PRYM provides informational tracking and estimates. Food identification, portions, calories, body composition, goals and AI answers can be inaccurate. Review and correct records before relying on them. PRYM is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, allergy detector, or substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional. Do not use it to determine medication doses, diagnose or treat a condition, or manage a dangerous restriction in food intake. Seek qualified help for pregnancy, eating disorders, medical dietary restrictions or concerns about a child's growth. Do not follow advice that conflicts with professional care.

Account and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your account, and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not access other users' data, evade security or usage limits, submit unlawful material, or interfere with the service. You retain rights to your submitted content and grant the permissions reasonably needed to process, store and display it to provide the requested features. You must have permission to submit content concerning others.

AI and records

AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or wrong. Confirmation and correction controls help you review estimates; they do not guarantee correctness. We may restrict requests or suspend features for technical, safety or abuse reasons. Keep independent copies of information important to you. Saved records, offline changes and synchronization may not be available continuously.

Payments

Any paid purchase must show its price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. App Store purchases and refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable procedures and mandatory law. Deleting PRYM or deleting an account may not cancel a store subscription; manage subscriptions through your store account. These terms do not authorize a charge that you did not agree to.

Intellectual property

PRYM software and original branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party libraries and data may have separate licenses. You receive permission to use the app for its intended personal use, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Availability, liability and termination

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of estimates. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for a particular loss is determined by applicable law; these terms do not waive rights relating to fraud, unlawful health-data practices, or other non-waivable duties. We may suspend access for material misuse or security threats and provide notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Disputes and changes

Contact prym.team.dev@gmail.com to seek a resolution. Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction govern disputes; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms. We will notify users of material changes and seek renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

AI sharing and meal actions

Optional AI features require separate data-sharing permission described in the Privacy Policy. Chat may save a contemplated meal to Checks, or log a meal when conversation context indicates consumption or a request to log it. Review the visible action and use available undo controls for mistakes. Nutrition questions alone do not authorize a food log. Estimates, including database-derived estimates, depend on portions and preparation and may differ from laboratory values.
